1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 55sce platform available at https://55sce.net (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "55sce", or "the Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of 55sce and close any account you may have registered. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms were last updated in January 2026. 55sce reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email or platform notification prior to taking effect.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of 55sce is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of 55sce.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is unlawful or where 55sce is otherwise prohibited from offering its services.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person, employed by or associated with 55sce or any of its affiliates, partners, or game content providers.
• You must not have previously had a 55sce account closed, suspended, or terminated for violations of these Terms.
• You must be registering and operating the account on your own behalf, not as an agent for any third party.

55sce reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 55sce services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 55sce. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, mobile number, and any other required details.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55sce Login credentials, including your password. 55sce will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to secure your login details.
• You must notify 55sce immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account credentials may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• 55sce strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.

55sce reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle. This may include requesting copies of your CNIC, proof of address (such as a recent utility bill from your city of residence in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, or other Pakistani cities), and proof of payment method ownership.

4 Deposits & Payments

55sce accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) via the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank internet banking, Raast, 1LINK, and selected cryptocurrency methods. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 unless otherwise specified in an active promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your 55sce account in real time for mobile wallet methods and within a short processing window for bank transfers, subject to the respective bank's processing schedules.
• 55sce does not accept payments from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name. Deposits from jointly-held accounts or third-party accounts may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
• 55sce does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees for which 55sce bears no responsibility.
• 55sce reserves the right to limit, suspend, or require additional verification for any deposit that triggers fraud prevention or AML screening protocols.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are processed at the exchange rate applicable at the time of confirmation on the blockchain. 55sce does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

5 Withdrawals

Registered users may request withdrawals of their real-money balance subject to the following terms and conditions:

• A minimum of one successful deposit must have been made before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Full KYC verification, including CNIC submission and proof of payment method, must be completed before the first withdrawal is authorised.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-money laundering safeguard.
• Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
• 55sce reserves the right to impose a maximum single withdrawal limit and a maximum daily or weekly withdrawal limit, which may vary based on your account verification status and VIP tier.
• Any bonus funds that have not satisfied their wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw without meeting wagering requirements may result in the cancellation of associated bonus funds.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed, queued, or subject to additional verification at 55sce's discretion where fraud indicators are present or where the withdrawal amount is unusually large relative to the account's deposit history.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

55sce offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus balance, free bets, or free spins, as specified in the relevant promotion details.
• A wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met before any funds attributed to a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering. Live casino table games, Hi-Lo, and Callbreak may contribute at a reduced rate, as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• 55sce reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a bonus where abuse, fraud, or irregular betting patterns are suspected.
• A single bonus may be active on an account at any one time unless the specific promotion explicitly permits simultaneous bonus stacking.
• Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash equivalent until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted through 55sce, including cricket, PSL, UFC, football, and all other sports markets:

• All bets are accepted subject to available markets and the terms applicable to the specific sport or event.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, cancelled, or determined void by the relevant sporting authority will be settled as void and stakes returned, unless 55sce's specific sport rules provide otherwise.
• In-play bets are accepted at 55sce's sole discretion and are subject to the odds available at the time the bet is accepted. 55sce may suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice.
• Maximum stake limits and payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet placement interface and vary by market and sport.
• 55sce reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any account at its sole discretion, including accounts that consistently demonstrate significant profit or irregular betting behaviour.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error, 55sce reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• All official results from the relevant sporting authority or governing body are used to settle bets. 55sce does not accept responsibility for errors in third-party result data feeds.

8 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on 55sce, including slot games, live dealer tables, Hi-Lo, Callbreak, and any other RNG-based games, are subject to the following terms:

• All RNG games use certified random number generation technology that has been independently tested and audited. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within individual game information panels.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the outcome of the round will be determined by the server-side result. 55sce is not responsible for losses incurred due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all casino games and are displayed within each game interface.
• Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the relevant game variant as communicated by the live dealer studio. In cases of dispute, the studio's recorded footage is the definitive source of truth.
• 55sce is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the malfunction of a game due to a player's device or internet connection failure. Where a malfunction occurs on 55sce's end, the affected game round will be voided and stakes returned.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 55sce and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name, a pseudonym, or through the use of third-party details.
• Using any automated betting tool, bot, script, or artificial intelligence system to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or display anomalies in any game or system to generate unintended winnings.
• Money laundering, depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using 55sce for any purpose related to financial crime.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorised reversals of deposits.
• Sharing or selling your 55sce Login credentials to any third party.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Engaging in any conduct that damages, disrupts, or negatively impacts the Platform or the experience of other users.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

55sce reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Suspicion of underage gambling.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (inactive account fees may apply as outlined in our fee schedule).
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the responsible gaming tools.
• At 55sce's sole discretion, where it is deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.

Where an account is closed due to a player-initiated self-exclusion request, any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player following the expiry of any applicable cooling-off period, subject to completed KYC verification.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 55sce Platform, including but not limited to the 55sce brand name, logo, visual design, software, source code, game content, text, graphics, icons, and data compilations, is the proprietary intellectual property of 55sce or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any content or technology forming part of the 55sce Platform.

Any unauthorised use of 55sce's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the offending party to legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55sce shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any service provided therein.

• 55sce does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
• 55sce is not responsible for losses arising from player decisions made on the basis of inaccurate information, including market data or odds that contain errors subsequently corrected.
• 55sce's total aggregate liability to any individual user arising from a single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

55sce is committed to protecting the personal data of its users. The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal information is governed by the 55sce Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

By registering an account, you consent to 55sce processing your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy for purposes including account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and personalised marketing communications (where you have opted in to receive such communications).

14 Responsible Gaming

55sce is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools and information needed to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming conditions apply to all 55sce accounts:

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, these limits take immediate effect and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 to 72 hours.
• Session time limits and session reminder notifications are available to all users from within account settings.

Non-material changes (such as formatting corrections, typographical amendments, or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party) may be made without prior notice. The date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent update.

Your continued use of 55sce following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 55sce holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and 55sce arising from your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via 55sce's formal complaints procedure, which can be initiated by contacting our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant gaming regulatory authority. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
